How to Prepare & Use

Step 1 – Surface Preparation

Remove all loose concrete, weak plaster, dust, grease, paint and other contaminants. Clean the surface thoroughly and dampen it lightly before repair.

Step 2 – Prepare the Polymer Mix

Mix 1 part Quick Repair URP with 2 parts clean water until uniform.

Step 3 – Prepare the Repair Mortar

Gradually add the polymer solution to the cement-based repair mortar while mixing continuously to obtain a smooth, workable consistency.

Step 4 – Application

Apply the prepared repair mortar using a trowel, filling all damaged, cracked or honeycombed areas firmly. Finish the surface as required.

Step 5 – Curing
