AAC Block Joint Mortar (Thin Bed Mortar)

Cement‑based, polymer‑modified thin bed mortar specially designed for jointing AAC blocks, fly ash bricks and lightweight concrete blocks.

Factory‑mixed dry blend of cement, graded fine sand and performance additives; requires only clean water at site to form a smooth, easy‑to‑apply paste.

Applied in 2–3 mm joints instead of conventional thick sand–cement mortar, saving material, improving line and level, and retaining the thermal efficiency of AAC walls.

High bond strength, low shrinkage and reduced curing requirement help minimise cracking, speed up masonry work and deliver cleaner, stronger internal and external walls.
