Long Description:
Beverly Hills Mivan Overlay is a specially formulated, cement-based, polymer-modified mortar developed for use over Mivan (aluminium formwork) concrete and other monolithic RCC surfaces. It is intended for thin to medium thickness applications to correct minor undulations, honeycombs, and surface defects, creating a smooth, sound, and well-bonded substrate for subsequent coatings or finishes. The product offers good workability, adhesion, and reduced shrinkage when mixed with water and applied on properly prepared concrete. It is suitable for interior and exterior walls and ceilings where a consistent, durable overlay is required over Mivan-type structures.
